Restless Thoughts

Hey Peeps.

Is it just me or does the endless river of random thoughts in your mind seem to run a little more swiftly when your trying to fall asleep at night. Honestly, it's becoming very apparent to me that as much as my body physically wants rest at night, my mind just does not want to cooperate. 

 So I end up staying up into the wee hours of the night. And in an attempt to empty these random thoughts of mine I end up sleeping 
at around 3 am, which is quite annoying since my usually begin at around 6am.

I need some form of sleep aid. Scratch that actually; I DESPERATELY need sleep Lol. Urggh, help please :( Anyone got any tips?

  1. This happens to me all the time. I don't really have a tip for avoiding it but I would usually just try to go to bed earlier so I could get to sleep earlier. Sometimes I stretch and work out a little bit to really feel tired so I can get to sleep faster. hope that helps a bit. :)
